Reduce Hardware and Installation Costs

With its IP67-rated housing, the DXMR190-8K can be mounted on machines, putting M12 connections close to devices and running data to a PLC via Ethernet, eliminating the need for costly I/O cards. A-code or L-code power ports (depending on model) can pass through power and share it with connected devices. Higher-amp L-code power simplifies cabling and installation by allowing more devices, including other IO-Link masters, to be daisy-chained without injecting extra power via splitters or power drops.

Simplify Machine Connectivity

The DXMR190 simplifies integration into any application, offering flexible I/O configurations on each of its eight ports. Each port can be configured to connect to an IO-Link device or a discrete I/O device. To expand a remote I/O system and add more non-IO-Link devices, simply connect Banner’s IO-Link hubs to further extend the capability of the DXMR190 and manage even more I/O.

Integrate with Ease

Support for multiple protocols delivers the flexibility needed to integrate into different systems. Easily connect to EtherNet/IP™, Modbus®/TCP, and PROFINET® systems. Use as a standalone logic controller and a cost-efficient PLC replacement for simple applications using scripting or DXM action rules. Collect, process, and distribute machine data locally and send it to PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, or the cloud via multiple protocols.
