WLB32 Workstation Light with Power and Control over Ethernet

To provide more consistent control over area lighting where traditional power sources or outlets are not available, the WLB32 Workstation Light with Power and Control over Ethernet adds Modbus®/TCP communication for real-time control and configuration of light intensity and flashing. It expands up on existing capabilities of the WLB32 Power over Ethernet series of lights, now enabling control from a central location instead of locally. Lighting can be set to be brighter or dimmer to match the environment and workstation needs, helping reduce errors and scrap. It can also flash to alert workers when needed. Improve energy efficiency by programming lights to turn on and off, such as when shifts start and end, as well as during break times. Additionally, usage hours can be monitored to provide a more complete picture of energy consumption. Like other WLB32 PoE models, the WLB32 with Power and Control over Ethernet offers easy, electrician-free installation via direct connection to a PoE-enabled port on an Ethernet switch. Models with eye shields lessen glare and eye strain, improving worker comfort and productivity.
