A DXMR50-LB-2M-PI Logic Block is inserted into the existing machine-health monitoring solution, reading vibration data and VIBE-IQ warning and alarm flags from a QM30VT3 on Input 1 and writing Modbus register values to an SD50 Status Display on Input 2, while a splitter on Output Port 3 connects both a K50 Indicator and a PLC. Set to Level Mode, the SD50 provides live numeric readings and threshold-based color indication. When the Z-Velocity from the VT3 reaches or exceeds 5000 Hz, the Logic Block updates the SD50 to display “High Vibration” and sets Output Pin 4 high, changing the K50 from green to red. If the Z-Velocity drops below the threshold, the output resets and the K50 returns to green, ensuring personnel are only alerted when the machine requires attention while leaving the existing monitoring solution undisturbed.
