工业自动化制造商邦纳今日推出了 S4B，这是一种重载型安全光幕，安装快捷方便。
作为 4 级光幕，S4B 可以为各种应用提供可靠耐用的检测功能，易于安装、操作和排除故障。其分辨率为 30 毫米，非常适合用于手部检测。S4B 具备端对端感应功能，长度为 300 毫米到 1800 毫米不等，测距范围达 12 米，能够满足广泛的安全应用需求，同时符合最高安全标准。
通过可调的支架可以轻松安装。光幕卡入到位，旋转对齐，然后用支架紧固件锁紧就可以了。三色 LED 对准区指示灯可即时显示光幕是正确对准还是大致对准。
S4B 可以帮助操作员及时解决问题，防患于未然，最大限度缩短停机时间。如果光幕需要清洁或被撞偏，S4B 上的弱光束强度警告 LED 就会通知操作员。此外，还可以通过线缆引脚 5 向 PLC 或 HMI 发送远程信号，来提供本地警报。
这款即插即用的尾纤采用 5针 M12 连接，可以拆卸，更换成本低。只需选择并保存扫描码设置，然后将旧线缆换成新线缆，并将现有光幕留在原位，即可轻松更换损坏的线缆。用户无需电脑，就可以选择和保存扫描码设置。
