这些新产品包括两种可定制、可扩展的系统，用户只需将其安装到现有的生产资产（如输送系统、工业风扇、泵、电机、压缩空气系统和集尘装置）上，即可立即开始从传感器采集数据。邦纳监控解决方案可以保持资产高效运行，防止出现代价高昂的计划外停机，帮助确保机器始终如一地提供高质量产出。
每个系统的核心都是一种叫做监控网关的集中化装置，它的外形小巧，放置在机器上或机器附近。Asset Monitoring Gateway with SNAP ID配备触摸显示屏，供本地查看机器性能，它通过电线连接多达20个传感器，监控附近的一台或多台设备。如果设施中有多台设备，可以使用Asset Monitoring Gateway with BANNER CLOUD ID，它可以从分布在众多资产之间的多达40个无线传感器节点接收数据。
每个系统无需设定就能快速部署，并且可以自动识别兼容的传感器或传感器节点。这些传感器和传感器节点专门用于收集电流、压力、温度、振动、储罐料位、露点或其他相关变量的实时测量值。

这两款监控网关均支持蜂窝连接或以太网连接，并且可以与邦纳Cloud Data Services (CDS)精简集成。从邦纳CDS中的定制化仪表板，可以全面了解机器运行状况和性能，并通过短信或电子邮件的方式发出与状态相关的警报。

为帮助用户定制监控解决方案包，邦纳提供了 Bundle Builder Web 工具。用户可以通过该工具来选择监控网关、有线传感器或无线传感器节点、兼容的安装支架以及连接组件。此外，应用工程师还可以通过电话或聊天的方式帮助客户构建解决方案。
