锁定式安全联锁开关

SI-LS42 系列

防护锁定安全开关包括机器安装开关和防护装置执行器，通过保持锁定在一起直到危险运动完全停止来防止进入区域。

  • 通过在防护装置上部署单个开关，实现Cat 4，PLe或SIL CL 3安全等级
  • 机械编码的执行器使用两个独立的操作元件，使得难以绕过安全功能
  • 旋转头几乎不需要工具即可调整到四个位置之一
  • 可用于防止进入危险区域，确保关键过程不被中断，或确保材料和设备不被盗窃或篡改
  • 一旦锁定，机器防护门将无法打开，即使经常受到冲击或长时间振动，也不会出现干扰
