轮胎生产中的模具保护
如果轮胎压机试图将胎面压印到尺寸错误的且未压印或绿色的轮胎上，那么压机中的模具将遭受成本高昂的损坏。为了将每个轮胎引导到正确的压机，使用了邦纳PresencePLUS P4 BCR 1.3视觉传感器，来根据印制在轮胎胎圈标签条码中的识别信息对绿色轮胎进行分类。在此应用中，绿色轮胎行经夹具下方的传送带，在夹具上则安装有六个BCR 1.3视觉传感器。
