宽光束反射板式传感器，能可靠检测不规则形状的物体或托盘的前缘

  • 利用可见的红色光束简化对准，明亮的 LED 指示灯提供视觉指示
  • 量程达 4 米，安装灵活
  • 两种灵敏度水平，可用于检测有挑战性的目标，如缠绕好的托盘、小型物体和薄膜或穿孔包装
  • 易于安装、调整，并且可以通过一个按钮选择 LO/DO
  • 适用于高速生产线的 250 Hz 开关频率
  • 防护等级达 IP67 和 IP69，适合于冲洗应用

邦纳 Q76E 反射板式传感器使用的是较宽的垂直光束。Q76E 发出的光束水平穿过传送带的路径到达相应的反射板，再由反射板将光线送回传感器。这样就能以任何角度对中断光束的任何前缘进行出色的检测，因此非常适合改装输送系统，可靠地识别是否存在托盘物品。
