    Small and Flat Object Detection

    • Large detection area with 3” - 36” lengths and 2 adjustable sensing ranges
    • Generates a cross hatch beam pattern for extraordinary sensitivity to small objects and consistent detection of packages where the leading edge varies
    • Detects objects as small as 5.6 mm and flat objects as thin as 1 mm, depending on width, that pass anywhere through the light screen
    • Response speeds as fast as 0.8 ms allows automated systems to operate at higher line speeds resulting in increased throughput
    • Ideal for die-protection (part ejection verification), small part, parcel and envelope handling
