Banner Engineering Corp. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year following the date of manufacture. Banner Engineering Corp. will repair or replace, free of charge, any product of its manufacture which, at the time it is returned to the factory, is found to have been defective during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage or liability for misuse, abuse, or the improper application or installation of the Banner product.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE), AND WHETHER ARISING UNDER COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE.
This Warranty is exclusive and limited to repair or, at the discretion of Banner Engineering Corp., replacement. IN NO EVENT SHALL BANNER ENGINEERING CORP. BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY EXTRA COSTS, EXPENSES, LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY PRODUCT DEFECT OR FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR WARRANTY, STATUTE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE.
Banner Engineering Corp. reserves the right to change, modify or improve the design of the product without assuming any obligations or liabilities relating to any product previously manufactured by Banner Engineering Corp.
邦纳公司保证自发货之日起的一年内其产品无材料和工艺缺陷。如果邦纳制造的产品在保修期内发现存在缺陷，邦纳将对返厂的产品进行免费维修或更换。本保修不涵盖因误用、滥用或应用或安装邦纳产品不当所致的损害或责任。

本质保具有排他性且仅限于维修或更换（由邦纳公司酌情处理）。在任何情况下，邦纳公司都不对买方或任何其他个人或实体因任何产品缺陷或使用或无法使用产品造成的任何额外成本、费用、损失、利润损失或任何间接、直接或特殊损害负责，无论是否涉及合同或保证、法规、侵权行为、严格责任、疏忽或其他。
公司保留变更、修改或改进产品设计的权利，对以前由邦纳公司制造的任何产品不承担任何义务或责任。
